Bio-T’s soft gelatin capsules contain 300 milligrams of conjugated linoleic acid and 125 milligrams of green tea extract (GTE) per capsule.
What is CLA?
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a natural, polyunsaturated fatty acid found in the meat of ruminants (cows, sheep, etc.) and the dairy products of these animals. CLA is also a natural part of our diet. It is formed in the rumen of grazing cattle from the linoleic acid in grass. Therefore, the best sources of CLA are beef and dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt. There are many different forms of CLA that also have different effects on the body. Bio-T contains the isomers T10, C12 and C9,T11. The CLA used in Bio-T comes from the plant safflower. The food additive CLA is recognized as GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe).
What is green tea extract?
Green tea is particularly popular among dieters who want to burn more fat. The high content of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in green tea extract (GTE) is held responsible for most of the positive effects. EGCG supports fat metabolism by increasing the burning of fat.
